Overview

Won through an open competitive call, the firm is responsible for the public content layer of the Regional Cooperation Council’s Green Agenda Observatory, across four workstreams: information collection, EU and regional process mapping, visibility and communication tools, and donor and project mapping.

Approach

Seven thematic roadmaps across the five Green Agenda pillars, database additions, an overview of EU mechanisms, a governance page, and the Observatory’s visual identity. Regional validation with the Energy Community Secretariat, the Transport Community and IUCN closed in May 2026.

Status

A line-by-line quality audit of 38 issues has been taken to zero open, and a GARI 2025 refresh cycle is under way. The Observatory launches in September 2026. Delivered for the RCC Secretariat.
