Taking a Portfolio Company From Baseline to Reporting Readiness

Overview

Following the due diligence on the acquisition, Sustineri Partners was contracted for Phase 1 of the implementation with the target company, SERVUS d.o.o. (Optika Anda), taking it from baseline towards Fund VI reporting readiness.

Approach

The 100-day action plan produced during diligence became the starting point rather than a document filed at completion. Work with the company covered the gaps the assessment had found, kept to IFC and SFDR alignment throughout, and included direct engagement with the company’s own team rather than reporting only to the fund.

Impact

The relationship now spans the full private equity ESG lifecycle: fund-level requirements, acquisition due diligence, and post-investment implementation across portfolio companies. This is the case that shows the firm is retained after the deal closes, which is a different proposition from diligence alone.
